1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By accessing our website (www.antaraatheretreat.com), submitting an application, or reserving a seat at an Antaraa experiential retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. All admissions to Antaraa are subject to a curated vetting application process to ensure group cohesion, personal readiness, and physical/emotional containment.

2. Experiential Retreat Nature & Medical Disclaimer

Antaraa offers immersive, experiential retreats centered on holistic wellness, subconscious reprogramming, conscious breathwork, somatic release, sound therapy, and guided meditation.

Participants are required to disclose any pre-existing cardiovascular conditions, acute psychiatric conditions, epilepsy, or pregnancy prior to participating in intense breathwork or thermal therapies (ice baths).

3. Participant Code of Conduct & Sanctuary Ethics

Antaraa is a container of confidentiality, emotional safety, mutual reverence, and deep personal exploration. By entering the retreat grounds, every guest agrees to:

• Sacred Confidentiality: What is spoken or experienced in sharing circles stays within those circles. Recording, photographing, or publishing another participant's vulnerable expressions is strictly forbidden.
• Substance-Free Environment: Non-prescribed narcotic substances, recreational drugs, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited on retreat grounds.
• Consent & Non-Harm: Respect personal boundaries, physical space, and emotional boundaries at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct results in immediate expulsion without refund.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original photography, architectural imagery, branding assets, typographic treatments, audio designs, retreat frameworks, and written descriptions on this website are the proprietary intellectual property of Antaraa. No content may be copied, reproduced, scraped, or republished for commercial or training purposes without our explicit written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Antaraa, its founders, practitioners, facilitators, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the retreat or inability to access the digital portal.

Participants voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with physical mobility, nature walks, cold water immersion, and emotional release exercises.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts located in Gujarat/India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings.
